When the BGA is not center of the nozzle, in the case, it can be adjusting by the fine adjuster of SND-ADP jig. it is unnecessary from the next, once adjustment is completed.
SND-ADP BGA Supply Jig
SND-ADP jig should be used with SND printing jig.
SND-ADP jig is equipped to MS9000SA rework station by just push.
The BGA on the SND jig can be all ways take up by center of the nozzle.
The jig can be fine adjustment of the BGA position.

| SND-ADP jig may be used together with a SND jig, and the BGA on the SND jig is supplied to the center of the nozzle.
SND-ADP jig should be set up on the Z axis of MS9000SA rework machine first. It can be completed just push of the SND-ADP jig to the machine. |

Printed BGA Supply
The BGA after printing by SND jig may supply to the nozzle of the rework machine. It can be easily given to the center of the nozzle by using of SND-ADP jig.
