MS9000SAN3-CHU Tweezers Nozzle
Chip Size Parts Reworking.
A chip component can be removed, if it replaces with the usual heating nozzle and equips with the tweezers nozzle. There are for 0402, for 0603 per mm, and for 1005 in a tweezers nozzle. They are same as for 01005, for 0201, and for 0402 per inch.
Removal of a chip component is by tweezers, and when replacing, it is an vacuum bit.
It is constituted of:
1. MS9000SAN3-CHU Tweezers Nozzle. (It has three kinds such as 0402/0603/1005.)
2. The supply tool of a chip component (A glass palette and a vacuum bit)
3. External Vision Camera System. (It changes to the monitor automatically)
4. Solder Printing Tool (Transfer type and or Duplication type)
5. N2 Gas Generator (It is unnecessary when N2 gas can be supplied)
