Rework soldering may become a defect when the board warp in heating. therefore, the board have to make no-warp when heating. However, if possible, it is also desirable for not using the jig for protection of warp. The jig should be using only when there is no idea in others. The wide bottom heater system can be uniformly heated to the large sized board. it will prevent the warp by heating to the board. However, when the board has warped from the beginning, we recommend you use of the jig which prevents warp.
MS9000SA0 Wide Bottom Heater System
MS9000SA0 is IR heater for heating a large area as 300D x 450Wmm.
Heating power is powerfully 1KVA x 3.
The main bottom heater is controlled by by the temperature profile controller
The respectively heater unit of right and left are possible change ON or OFF.

| The wide bottom heater system has three areas, they are the main of the central, and the right and the left. and it consists of four IR heater elements, respectively.
